The main scope for this function includes cross-functional back-office processes (Order to Cash, Source to Pay, Record to Report, Hire to Retire, Controlling and Reporting) within adidas GBS, HQ functions, core markets and other adidas entities.
- Co-create and drive the strategy and operation model for CI and automation
- Manage the team of internal and external developers to deliver RPA and automation of processes
- Demand management for process improvements, RPA and automation services - business case assessment, solution assessment and development using state of the art (project) management methodologies and tools
- Drive innovation through keeping ahead of technology & automation methodology trends and evaluating opportunity/value for GBS to enable digital transformation
- Create a learning organization and foster an entrepreneurial growth mindset
- Ensure the proper execution of the CI and RPA & Automation framework, based on the strategy
- GBS Delivery Excellence teams in Porto and Dalian

- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in the area of continuous improvement and / or automation
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive work experience in mid to large-scale project or program management and/or in digital transformation projects.
- College or university degree with focus on Business Administration or IT or related areas, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Scrum, LSS and/or PMI certified preferred
- Experience in Execution of Innovation Methods or Problem Solving (e.g. Design Thinking) preferred
- Lean & Green or Black Belt Six Sigma certified is a plus
