What you’ll do:

- Define consultancy service, commercial strategy and yearly budget;

- Define offers to customers for warehouse space and handling, consultancies in operations area and project management consultancies;

- Be responsible of the ROI of those services;

- Have the power to customize the offer identifying additional opportunities while visiting or contacting the customer;

- Build, manage and maintain strong relationships to develop strong client relationships;

- Identify key networking events, tradeshows and opportunities to expand your personal network of connection within the industry;

- Supervise the creation of the promotional material;

Who you are:

- Educated to degree level, ideally in Economics or Management;

- Have 3 – 4 years of commercial experience in 3PL or consultancies industry;

- Have a flexible approach – able to adapt style to different stakeholders and audiences, remaining professional at all times;

- Have strong sales, negotiation, account management, follow-up, and time management skills;

- An excellent communicator and have interpersonal and presentation skills;

- Have excellent organization skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities;

- A self-starter and highly motivated by personal and team success;

- Result oriented;

- Fluent in English; Italian and French as a plus;

- Have good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint;

- Willing to travel up to 40% of the time, mainly in Europe.
