Due to our expansion in Portugal, we are currently looking for some Concession Manager in Full-time for our store opening in El Corte Ingles Porto.

As a Concession Manager, you will be a Brand Ambassador of The Kooples.

The responsibilities of Concession Manager include but are not limited to:

Sales Management:
•Proficient in planning and forecasting daily, weekly and monthly goals in order to meet and exceed sales targets. Ability to communicate business needs and trends.
•Sales, results and KPI driven
•Responsible for delivering and building a strong Clientele Database to ensure client services meet and exceed expectations in providing superior customer service
•Monitor supervision of sales floor and staffing levels to reflect current and coming business patterns
•Train and encourage the team to build customer loyalty and retention via proper utilization of all company resources
•Encompasses business capacity to lead walk through and store visits
•Ability to build strong relationships with outside partners to collaborate and optimize business performance.

•Management of inventory flow: shipments, transfers, recalls
•Ability to react quickly and thoroughly to company initiatives in a fast paced environment
•Strong understanding of all company platforms
•Responsible and able to quickly and efficiently execute all visual merchandising directives provided by the Head Office

People Development and Leadership:
•Keen eye for identifying top tier talent and in training, management and development of the sales team
•Being a team leader as an ambassador of the brand, demonstrating an active overall presence in all areas
•Proactively communicate all pertinent and relevant information to store team, create a collaborative atmosphere. Involving each member with integral areas of business development needs and trends
•Lead with integrity and be seen as a firm but respectful manager, able to resolve any and all conflicts
•Create an on-brand environment through motivational communication, and participation, encouraging development and growth by creating a trusting, safe and healthy work environment
•Ability to present and introduce new and innovative ideas to drive business, utilizing any and all tools provided
•Ensure uniform and grooming guidelines are followed at all times
•Manage Supervisor(s) on all proficiencies including clientele program, drive sales, store operations and team development.

  • At least two years working in retail.
  • Passion for fashion.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and enhancement of products.
  • Excellent communication, leadership and organizational skills with a proactive approach and a strong sense of analysis and decision making.
  • Demonstrated computer proficiency, Microsoft Excel a plus.
