Benefit Cosmetics is looking for a "Digital Marketing Specialist" based in Lisbon, responsible for all digital activities of the brand on Portugal.
The person hired will build and develop brand awareness on all digital platforms and will give support to the Marketing and Communications
Excel as the brand's community manager, responding to and engaging fans in conversation on Instagram, Twitter, Facebook & YouTube; help grow Benefit’s social audiences & engagement
Manage all social media platforms (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Youtube) from brainstorming to copywriting to publishing
Write all content for social channels with an emphasis on the Benefit voice, correct grammar/spelling & humor
Manage regular social contests (coordinate prizing, work with legal, etc.) & identify partners to amplify contest reach
DIGITAL INFLUENCERS MANAGEMENT
Develop, grow and maintain relationships with top vloggers/bloggers/digital journalists resulting in increased quality placements & exposure.
Cultivate & develop consistent, ongoing relationships with key digital influencers
Work with influencers on contests & co-created content, with the goal of reaching new audiences
Do regular products and press releases sends to social media partners & influencers
Coordinate blogger / vloggers events
CRM AND DIGITAL MEDIA
Develop the emailing database through digital activities, partnerships, in store collection, and build an email communication strategy
Develop and support media campaigns to promote brand awareness on internet
Continually monitor all the digital content to ensure it is on brand and meets strategic objectives
Grow brand visibility on your e-retailer’s website & social networks: pitch launch plans to the retailer’s digital team, establish the annual action plan, monitor all updates, negotiate emailing campaigns, negotiate visibility on the retailer’s social platforms to increase the brand’s social reach
MARKETING & COMMUNICATIONS
Give support to the different animations at the points of sale.
Events follow up and organisation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Webmarketing with significant digital experience (1-2 years previous experience)
- Passionate user of social media & digital technologies; knowledge of social media best practices (hashtags, tracked links, etc.)
- Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing in Portuguese and English
- Technology & Software Knowledge :
-Proficient in Facebook, Twitter, Instagram & YouTube platforms
-Knowledge of Photoshop and analytics platforms such as Facebook Insights is a plus
