DELIVERY HUB EMEA

EMEA (Europe and Middle East, Africa) Tech Consultancy team, is working closely with the global Product teams in a Product Led setup, creating products/solutions and new capabilities for our consumers and consumers across EMEA region. By providing unique customer experience and by digitalizing business processes we are helping them to be more efficient and grow their business. At the same time providing the best solutions to our Sales forces to be able to achieve their targets, in a scalable, sustainable, easy to use and consumer centric technological landscape in our priority.

As a part of Delivery Hub we are also responsible to lead, drive and deliver comprehensive consulting to multiple business stakeholders and working closely with the Tech Project Management organization to rollout global products or projects for EMEA region.

Our Purpose As "EMEA Tech Consultancy Team" Is To

  • Be a strategic business enabler and partner, by focusing on the Market needs and drive innovation with the products teams in EMEA
  • Provide the insights on the Market EMEA to global products teams by understanding business processes and work as one team delivering new solutions or new capabilities
  • Digitalize business processes and provide unique customer experience also to our wholesale customers
  • Drive Net Sales by improvements in various business processes and areas.
  • Being experts in global products and local solutions for Sales, Digital, Omnichannel or other areas end-to-end.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • Experienced in Omnichannel Fulfillment capabilities such as: Click & Collect, Ship from Store, Endless Aisle, and technologies (e.g., IBM Sterling or similar), market trends and best practices
  • Experience with Marketplace integration projects (e.g., Zalando, Amazon or similar) or understanding of technologies, processes related to marketplace operations.
  • eCommerce Front-End and Back-end solutions understanding. Being familiar with Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Adobe Commerce (as a plus)
  • Understanding of Product ownership methodologies (as a plus)
  • Good understanding and knowledge of regional and global market landscape
  • Growth mindset, attitude and behavior
  • Ability to coach a team or project teams
EVERY ADIDAS TEAMPLAYER ON THIS ROLE SHOULD ALSO HAVE:

  • Four-year college or university degree with focus on IT or related areas, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proficient spoken and written command of English
  • At least 5-year experience in IT
  • 2 years of experience in Omnichannel
  • Understanding of different cultures
  • Participated in projects with people from other functions/markets
  • Excellent project management skills to lead mid-scale projects (both waterfall and agile)
  • Good communication, collaboration, and facilitation skills, especially when interacting with various levels of business stakeholders
