-Contribution to the development of our brand by providing a unique in store experience, promoting the brand image
-Organization of the store : current administration, plannings, HR reporting, visual merchandising, stock management and replenishment
-Management of the team : training, motivating, feedbacks, skills développement
-Optimization of CRM
-Reporting to the retail’s Direction and the company’s headquater and proposition to increase turnover, traffic customers and client's loyalty
Perfil
You have already had a successfull experience as a Store Manager position or assistant store manager position for a luxury brand.
You have an excellent fashion culture and you understand the competitive area
You have management habilities, organization skills and KPI and CRM are a part of your professionnal success
You need to be fluent english speaker
