Descrição do cargo

Under general supervision of the Retail Director, the buyer will work at our Head Office, with other Buyers, Designers and Merchandisers, developing new collections for our brands product selection:

• Preparing, place and track purchasing documents;
• Be a focal point with national and international suppliers;
• Monitoring stock levels;
• Reporting on product performance and statistics;
• Identify and implement new strategies to optimize sales;

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing our brand future collections, ensuring that the product samples are received and checking that they are in line with the specifications;
• Executing negotiation and supplier selection;
• For selected tactical buys, follow-up on technical evaluations with internal stakeholders to ensure timeliness of tendering process
• Analysing trends and the impact of the products to provide insightful suggestions for product development and mid value tactical buys, facilitate high value tactical buy execution with the responsible category manager
• Leading procurement meetings;

Perfil

Profile:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree (procurement or legal);
• Fluency in English and Spanish, spoken and written;
• A passionate fashion career (5 years minimum);
• Proven sourcing execution strategies skills;
• Ability to analyse problems and conclude decisions.
