We are looking for an experienced SAP Project Manager to integrate our S/4HANA team. You will participate in the respective workstreams together with technical and business counterparts to ensure a successful delivery of testing cycles and milestones. As a Test Manager, he/she assumes responsibility of actively steer/manage testing activities within the project, driving the day-to-day transformation, actively communication towards the program leadership and supporting the successful road to S/4 HANA with standardization and simplification.

PURPOSE

Our SAP Test Management team has the knowledge, skills and abilities to drive with our Test Concepts, Procedures, Automation and Reporting. In addition, the candidate will have experience defining Testing requirements, designing, developing, automating, training, and defining Testing & Quality procedures for our SAP S/4HANA Landscape.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

• Define, plan, coordinate and control a test management plan with multicultural stakeholders;
• Maintain positive relationships with internal stakeholders and 3rd party Vendors;

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Ideally four-year college or university degree with focus on Business Administration or IT or related areas, or equivalent combination of education and experience;
• Proficient spoken and written command of English;
• 5+ years of experience with SAP technical area and/or active project management;
• Experience with Quality Assurance principles in large scale projects;
• Experience working with multicultural global teams;
• Relevant experience with active vendor management;
• Problem solving mindset and fast learning/adaption profile;
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, moving teams toward defined milestones;
• Experienced on Agile software development practices (Scrum, Kanban);
• Good Knowledge with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) and SAP Solution Manager and/or Focused Build (as a plus).
