Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Assists customers using knowledge of store products; responds to various straight forward customer requests
- Provides information on products to customers and makes product recommendations
- Escalates customer issues to more senior team members
- Impacts the sales results and overall customer experience of the assigned merchandise area
- Demonstrates the RL selling Culture Sales Model

- Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
- Previous exposure within a retail environment would be of interest
- Take Initiative and learn consistently
- Ability to adapt to change

- Required language: local language, English language a plus.
