Descrição do posto:
- Atendimento personalizado, angariação e fidelização de clientes;
- Aconselhamento a cliente sobre os produtos mais adequados às suas necessidades até completar a venda;
- Alcançar objectivos marcados pela empresa com base nos indicadores KPIs;
- Supervisão da loja e de visual merchandising, organização de stocks, inventário, ordem e limpeza.
Perfil
- Experiência mínima de 2 anos em luxo, moda e sectores semelhantes;
- Sensibilidade e gosto por moda;
- Pessoa responsável, motivada, autónoma, organizada, simpática e proactiva.
- Gosto por trabalho em equipa e vendas;
- Excelente capacidade interpessoal e boa comunicação oral;
- Capacidade de trabalhar em equipa e alcançar os objectivos;
- Bom nível de Inglês e valorização de outros idiomas.
