Develop and coordinate the training contents of the company ensuring the consistency of all processes and procedures of JD business implementing the company strategies in training and development.

RESPONSABILITIES

-To carry out the planning and organization of the team resources ensuring that training objectives are achieved.

-To apply a continuous improvement of training procedures, guaranteeing the quality and efficiency of these processes.

-To organize all the trainings, monitoring them and collecting feedback from other processes, ensuring the availability of all the necessary resources.

- Bachelor level in Human Resources or similar
- B2 English Level
- Availability to travel 70% of the week.
- Availability to be out for long time periods.
- Role Based in Lisbon
- At least 5 years in Retail, at management role
- Knowledge of training
