Descrição do cargo

Controlling and Reporting team supports the business by providing information that will enable the financial decisions, by promoting transparency in the actuals reporting, and increasing the accuracy in the Planning activities, such as forecast and budgeting.
The Senior Specialist Controlling & Reporting acts as a business partner providing support, guidance, and clarity to Finance, HR, legal, facilities, and services, as well as General Management / Board. This requires a detailed understanding of business, the creation, and monitoring of adequate and effective policies, correct and timely reporting as well as the creation of transparency about cost performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with respective Finance counterparts and assist in strategic planning and translating SBP OOH targets into seasonal and sub-category targets
- Enable a fact-based decision-making process by creating transparency on OOH KPIs with respect to business plans (Net Sales, Volume, Margin, Range Size)
- Manage & execute standardized reporting and ad-hoc analysis
- Manage adequate OOH communication packages to present derived results, recommendations, and solutions.
- Provide input to further improve OOH reporting and analytical tools regarding range efficiency, workload indicators, etc.
- Identify significant improvement potential, derive solutions, and facilitate related decisions
- Provide comprehensive OOH expertise for Brand teams and act as an interface between different functions and different development locations to drive alignment and ensure smooth operation of the business.

Perfil

- Comprehensive business understanding of processes and structure
- Excellent analytical skills, managing large data quantities from multiple sources
- High degree of customer orientation
- Ability to maneuver and work in a consistently changing environment and among different management levels of a global organization
- Ability to operate cross-functionally and understand external business drivers
- Understanding of the complexity, interactions, and dynamics within an international company.
- System expertise: Very good MS Office skills (especially Excel), SAP, and BI
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Business fluency in English (written and spoken)
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- University degree in Business Administration/Finance/Controlling
- Experience in a Shared Service environment
- Minimum of 4 years of work experience in Business Analysis or Finance, preferably within the retail, sporting goods industry, or comparable industries
