The person that we are looking for will be responsible for the top keys clients of the company being accountable to grow the company's revenue and market share, ensuring their satisfaction with services provided, identifying new business opportunities.

The Key Account Manager position reports to the Head of Sales in Portugal and it's based in Lisbon.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage the Key Customers of the Company with direct responsibility on sales and profitability
  • Nurture Relationship with client to increase penetration and get better opportunities to develop business
  • Build investment plan of the year and control and implement it
  • Adapt and implement national marketing and trade plans for the clients together with sales, marketing, finance, and e-commerce team
  • Develop monthly sales forecast and report any possible modification
  • Manage Sell-out data of the customers
  • Guarantee the sell-out and market share growth with business plans for the customers

  • At least 5 years in Sales Experience and 3 as KAM in FMCG market or luxury beauty/fashion market.
