INTERNATIONAL AREA MANAGER
MISSION:
As International Area Manager, you will be working closely with our Franchise Partners to ensure the growth of the Parfois´ business in a determined international region. You will represent the brand in the same market(s), ensuring that the Parfois´ image and guidelines are applied and being followed.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Monitor the annual budget and business plan of each Partner, ensuring profitability;
Ensure that the action plans developed with the different areas of Headquarters (Logistics; Visual Merchandising, Marketing, among others) are properly implemented in the Stores;
Define and implement different strategies and actions that make it possible to improve the product and adapt the collection to the market in order to boost sales and an efficient stock rotation;
Monitor and advise the Franchisees' local team, assuming responsibilities related, for example, with recruitment, performance evaluation and training, in order to guarantee that Parfois' procedures and best practices are being correctly implemented;
Work closely with the Store teams and train them in the areas of Operations, Visual Merchandising and Customer Service;
PROFILE:
Previous experience in similar roles;
Fluency in the english and french language (oral and written). Domain of other languages will be a plus;
Good communication and interpersonal skills;
Availability to travel internationally (3 weeks per month);
Must be available to live in porto.
