About the team
As part of the HR Team, you will be responsible for payroll and general HR administration in Portugal, such as payroll and compensation & benefits. You will report to the HR Business Partner (HRBP) Iberia as part of the Gant South HR Team. Together we will work for supporting the GANT Central side of the business and building strong relationships and professional credibility across the business.
Responsibilities
About the team
As part of the HR Team, you will be responsible for payroll and general HR administration in Portugal, such as payroll and compensation & benefits. You will report to the HR Business Partner (HRBP) Iberia as part of the Gant South HR Team. Together we will work for supporting the GANT Central side of the business and building strong relationships and professional credibility across the business.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the monthly payroll process with the external partner and meet the deadlines
- Ensure all other payroll related tasks, queries and processes are addressed timely and properly
- Drive ad-hoc related HR projects related to payroll and general HR admin
- Support all audit and reporting procedures
- Prepare and upkeep all employee's related documents and databases
- Owns overall compensation & benefit programs and processes while ensuring proper implementation and execution
- Implement and execute all health & safety legal and internal requirements
- Liason with various service providers
Perfil
- University degree in relevant area
- At least 5 years of experience in HR Admin roles (Payroll, Comp & Ben, Health & Safety and others)
- Proficiency in both Portuguese and English is mandatory
- Attention to detail, analytic and highly organised
- Values Community, Creativity, Curiosity and Courage
Bonus points
- Experience in HR in a Retail company is a plus, as well as experience in International work environments
- Experience with the following systems is a nice to have: Quinyx, TalentPass and ADP
- Spanish is a plus
- Nice to have experience with the Spanish market as well as Spanish law
