Descrição do cargo

The Head of Creative Content will play an integral role in articulating a creative vision for our Brand and Digital Creative teams. You will be responsible for creating digital and social campaigns, in house studio shoots and other creative projects and content that will deliver on our brand strategy. You will strive to maintain an authentic, creative and consistent image across all channels and business needs, aligned with the brand aesthetic.


Responsibilities
* Set creative vision: use an understanding of the Minga London customer, their lifestyle, and how the brand fits in to craft an aspirational brand image
* Concept and develop the brand storytelling capability across all media types & channels
* Work with our CEO, product designers, photographers and videographers to concept and deliver compelling imagery and video aligned with the brand aesthetic, target market and marketing channels
* Lead the development/execution of all brand content, including website, email, and social media content
* Creating commercial, editorial, and experimental content, including layout and composition prep, mood and storyboards for lifestyle and strong storytelling content
* Oversee development of all creative assets for e-commerce, including leading the styling, hair and makeup, photography and videography functions
* Ensuring all content produced meets high standards
* Establish/apply design systems for the brand for use across the website, digital/social marketing
* Build, lead, motivate and maintain vitality of a creative team

Perfil

Requirements
* A creative thinker who can inspire our community through innovative and fearless creative
* 5+ of relevant experience
* Experience with fashion, e-commerce and/ or edgy brands is a strong plus
* Excellent aesthetic judgment and attention to detail
* Strong, up-to-date knowledge of trends
* Thorough understanding of creative briefs and concepts and able to bridge editorial storytelling with a commercial perspective in mind
* Computer literate with experienced knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe suite
* Able to show initiative/ideas to constantly improve the content quality
* Open to feedback and constructive criticism
* Budget management
* Enjoy a fast-paced environment, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
