It will focus on carrying out EHS activities within the meaning of the Regulation of Occupational Health and Safety Service in Portugal Lei nº 102/2009 September 10th. The role will require availability to travel around Portugal. This position will provide support to the management team in Portugal, drafting environmental regulatory correspondence and monitoring compliance metrics for all Primark facilities without supervision. Here's a flavour of your day-to-day: Performing activities of the occupational health and safety service within the meaning of the Regulation of Occupational Health and Safety Service in Portugal Lei nº 102/2009 September 10th for all Primark facilities. To undertake investigations into specific incidents or accidents ensuring appropriate records are maintained, appropriate recommendations made and actions closed to reduce likelihood of reoccurrence; keeping records and documentation of accidents at work and occupational diseases. Drafting, implementing and revising safety management system documents, internal procedures, rules and instructions in accordance with legal standards and internal requirements. Review and complete PINS system (review all the legal documents for ABF Audits, request to the stores all the legal documents for ABF Audits, use PiNS Dashboard in order to be reviewed in the EHS Period calls with Dublin HO and locally). Establish effective EHS relationships and work closely and co-operatively with the retail team - within the region, at group level, and other stakeholders; What You'll Bring Here at Primark, we want everyone to feel valued - so please bring your authentic self to work, of course with some other key experience and abilities for this role in particular: EHS Coordinator - must have occupation of occupational health and safety technician (Técnico de segurança no trabalho Nivel 4), or Técnico superior de segurança no trabalho (Nivel 6) Total availability to travel around Portugal. As part of the wider Farfetch FinTech organization, this role offers the opportunity to work alongside some of the largest players in the payments industry, including Crypto providers and digital wallets, in a dynamic and innovative environment. Reporting to the Payments Operations Lead, your primary responsibility will be to identify and implement solutions tailored to the payment needs of our consumers and partners. Act as a key influencer within the business, ensuring alignment of cross-departmental inputs, strategy visibility, and impactful decision-making. Support and resolve operational issues and ensure SLA/KPI adherence.WHO YOU ARE You have 4+ years of relevant experience in e-commerce operations, project management, business analysis, consultancy, or a related discipline. Excellent understanding of payment industry technologies and merchant needs. Good knowledge base about the Payments Ecosystem and regulatory landscapes across different markets and adapt workflows accordingly. Strong communication, presentation, and personal skills; can explain technical topics in simple terms.
