The Role
The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a commercial mindset. You should know how to evaluate market conditions and different suppliers. Communication skills will help you negotiate effectively and maintain profitable relationships. The goal is to work in strategies to decrease costs and improve levels of service.
What you'll do
Develop profitable purchasing & travel strategies;
Negotiate contracts or rates with travel service providers;
Handle negotiations seeking the best Total Cost Ownership contracts and the most beneficial commercial agreements with suppliers & travel suppliers;
Assess supplier profiles and analyse offers;
Review supplies to ensure quality;
Process T&E reports;
Prepare and submit detailed reports (savings, buying expenditures etc;
Promote and ensure compliance to Farfetch Corporate travel & buying policies and standards;
Drive continuous improvement on travel & purchasing programs.

 Who you are

Experienced in purchase and travel;
Knowledgeable of international travel regulations, customs and currencies;
Experienced in negotiating prices and terms and conditions;
Knowledgeable of market research, data analysis and purchasing best practices;
Knowledgeable of the Microsoft Office suite;
An excellent communicator and with interpersonal skills;
An individual with strong analytical mindset;
Highly organized;
An individual with customer-oriented approach;
Fluent in English (mandatory).
