About Kiko Gaspar Kapsule:

Kiko Gaspar Kapsule is a sub-division of Kiko Gaspar Communications
Tasks related to the role:
•Publishing products on the system
•Dealing with orders from inception to delivery
•Competitor review and analysis
•Identifying fast and slow sellers
•Stock / range management, ensuring optimal stock flow to help drive sales
•Providing commercial analysis of products and promotions
•Develop the sales strategies, define objectives and ensure execution to increase the global sales.
•Develop excellent customer relations, visiting clients and build relationships with buyers before the selling campaign starts.
•Assist in planning a forward order selling campaign, to include booking appointments and setting up the showrooms (Selling the collections during the selling campaign)
•Develop and follow up on the marketing strategy to ensure a result in terms of
•Develop the product strategy to ensure that your customers are always offered the right products.
•Build and maintain close relations to your business in order to support a sales growth.
•Follow support on the placed strategy for the commercialization of the collections.
•Support the launch of Collections and drive awareness of the designers and the collection/product within the commercial sphere in the most impactful and relevant way.
•Strengthen relationships with stockists and key influencers of the commercial scene and maximise networking opportunities benefitting from Kiko Gaspar Communications relationships.

Perfil

The Candidate:
  • The ideal candidate will have some Merchanding/buying/product Developemt and e-commerce experience
  • Experience in purchasing/production/wholesale merchandising
  • Ability to manage critical path and plan stock packages
  • IT literate, particularly Excel
  • Ability to work with high volumes of data
  • Commercial awareness
  • Planning and forecasting experience
  • Good negotiation & communication skills
  • Enthusiasm, self-motivation, flexibility and the ability to work in fast-paced environments
