Descrição do cargo

Project manage complex cross-team initiatives within Technology team. Work closely with the technology team, helping create tools to perform financial and project processes, as well as analyzing projects' costs, risks, planning, and accuracy.
Implement continuous improvements to the technology organization
Create and support the budget for technology team
Improve existing planning and budgeting process.
Provide planning leadership across budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning.
Prepare and track project budgets, approve POs, change orders, payments, etc.
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and accuracy and lead projects to deliver improvements in productivity and operating costs.
Review monthly reports, trends and indicators and provide suggestions for improvement. Ensure and maintain forecast data accuracy and integrity at all times.
Work closely with the finance team to ensure tight finance controls and procedures.
Support forecast and strategic plan for headcount and operating expenses
Develop budget review presentations, excel models and ad-hoc analyses for the business.
Liaise between 3rd-party providers, vendor managers, Farfetch business owners to advice on financial impact of different resource deployment options. Negotiates contracts for pricing and delivery options and terms.

Skills & Experience

Experience with Technology processes (Agile methodologies, tech project planning, technical dependencies)
Experience in Planning & Analysis, modelling, budgeting, cost management and resource planning.
Experience with P&L analysis
Excellent English written/verbal communication skills combined with strong relationship management skills.
Organizational skills
Ability to project manage large, complex, strategic and operational initiatives with multiple cross-country stakeholders.
