We're a truly global team with a presence in all of our locations around the world. Our biggest teams are based in the UK and Portugal. Our team in Porto focuses on financial reporting and operations, while the Group Finance team in London is made up of Tax, Legal, Treasury and Commercial Finance.
All of our teams play an instrumental role within the business, from developing best practice, delivering strategic projects and helping us to telling our story with data. All our teams work closely together to provide a support network for the business, ensuring the long-term success of Farfetch!

Reporting to the Financial Operations Manager, you will be the finance point of contact with our partners, providing guidance and support in any finance related queries. Working together with the finance team to achieve the department and team goals, ensuring efficient, timely and accurate information.
What You’ll do:
Ensure accuracy of financial reports and relevant data through high quality standards;
Prepare and provide invoices and account statements in a timely manner to Partners;
Ensure accurate and updated account statements;
Respond to Partners’ queries on a timely manner;
Acquire and interpret data, analyze results and provide/improve ongoing reports;
Work with stakeholders and support ad-hoc analytical needs to obtain a better financial understanding;
Be the primary finance point of contact and develop trusted relationships with Partners;
Ensure a timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to Partner needs;
Responsible for maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, by delivering exceptional service on a daily basis.
Assure all the deadlines are met regarding the accountancy monthly closing;
Ensure compliance with internal financial and accounting procedures;
Who You Are:
Graduation in Accounting, Management or similar subject;
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as an account manager or similar role;
Strong Analytical skills;
Fluency in English, both written and spoken is mandatory;
Expertise in other languages is a plus;
Excellent verbal, listening and written communication skills;
Experience with Microsoft Office, mainly Excel;
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail;
Excellent team working attitude with ability to interact with different departments;
Customer driven attitude;
Effective organizational, stress and time management skills;
Dynamic, with high sense of responsibility and autonomy;
Good knowledge of SQL;
Ability to easily build relationships with the different players of the business;
Must be well organized and proactive, with the ability to handle multiple tasks at a fast pace;
Availability to travel up to 30%.
