In our fast growing environment we are looking for brilliant people who share the passion for operations in this exciting cutting edge industry - and want to have some fun along the way.The RoleBeing part of E-Commerce operations, the Operations Project Manager will be responsible for project management of cross-functional projects, follow up of projects lead by other colleagues within the department and optimization of projects tools and techniques. This person will also help on implementing a sustainable strategy for E-Commerce operations team within Farfetch.What You'll Do:

Manage cross-functional projects and follow up of projects lead by other colleagues within the department
Manage, control and develop processes and tools in order to achieve business goals;
Be the liaising point between Operational and Product teams leveraging any issue/risk escalation and resolution
Work Closely with the technical teams
Coordinate internal resources in the execution of projects;
Present projects to steering group to aid decision making, prioritization and effective resourcing of project teams;
Help to define the vision and strategy for E-Commerce Operations team
Provide Training & Coaching to further professional growth of E-Commerce Operations team

Who you are:

Graduated in Management, Engineering or similar;
A professional with 5+ Year of working experience with at least 2 years’ experience in Project Management
A professional with proven track record of successfully delivering and managing the implementation of projects
Able to manage multiple projects/deadlines, identifying the necessary steps and moving forward through completion
Able to easily build relationships with the different players at different levels of the organization;
A professional with excellent communication skills, both in Portuguese and English, with the capability to communicate at multiple levels in the organization
Able to manage multiple tasks/priorities simultaneously, respond to work with urgency and understand deadlines
Proactive with strong analytical and problem solving skills;
Experienced in E-Commerce
