Provide leadership for the team by inspiring them with the department’s vision, setting clear objectives, and motivating them to deliver the best service level;

Implement service improvement strategies and find innovative solutions to ensure external partners are able to deliver high standard service level;
Organize, train and empower the team in order to be prepared for future growth;

Identify training needs within the team and liaise with training specialist to develop training programs to address them;

Ability to understand complex situations and pursue its root causes;
Suggest and implement improvement strategies to ensure delivery support SLAs are achieved;

Liaise with internal departments and stakeholders to ensure a truly consistent customer centric approach to our service deliverables;
Work and communicate effectively with global delivery to ensure the consistency of service provided and levels of productivity.


Proven leadership and management experience;
Excellent communication and people skills;
Ability to manage and organize a team from a performance as well as a development perspective;
Ability to make business decisions with a strong sense of urgency;
Capable of working under pressure and deliver within agreed deadlines;
A passionate for retail, ecommerce and technology is a plus;
Fluent in English is mandatory;
