We are seeking an experienced luxury Sales Manager with experience in Business Development to join our small but passionate studio team in the North of Portugal

The Sales executive will be responsible for planning, developing, and directing the sales and marketing efforts for our brand.

We’re looking for an insights-obsessed strategist with a creative mind – a thinker, a doer, a creator, an innovator and a self-starter, who can lead, inspire, excite and help grow the brand.


1.    Management & Leadership

•    Plan, monitor and meet budgets
•    Manage and ensure compliance with all budgetary goals, consistently looking for opportunities to improve sales and profits 
•    Motivate, mentor and coach the team

2.    Sales 

•    Pro-actively collaborate and drive sales with sales reps and distributors to grow our respective businesses; develop new partnerships in the markets that we are not present 
•    Set and measure sales plans per customer and territory
•    Lead the set up and preparation of showrooms
•    Lead the sales process at showrooms
•    Travel appropriately to ensure field execution. 

3.    Enhance Relationships with Customers

•    Lead the sales process from A to Z (Department Stores, Chain Stores, and Independent Specialty Stores)
•    Study/recommend public relations/marketing initiatives
•    Manage the business on behalf of the retailer
•    Travel appropriately to ensure field execution. 
•    This candidate will be in constant communications with all sales agencies, tracking their progress, expressing their concerns to relevant departments in house    
•    This candidate will work with Customer Service to assist in issue resolution with customers, salesman, and to analyze trends with repeating items 
•    Quantify sales goals for respective accounts
