The RoleTo manage employee benefits packages, ensuring that employees receive the proper benefits package, follows up with health care providers and other benefits providers. The goal is to attract, retain and motivate high-quality employees while reducing turnover and enhancing our company’s profile as a great place to work.What you'll do 

Manage employee benefits package, ensuring all programs run smoothly and are maintained in compliance with company and legal requirements;
Preserve the integrity of Farfetch share option plan database and ensure the accuracy of recordkeeping of equity data;
Prepare employee communications relating to our share options plans and processes;
Work closely with our Legal team to manage our share options program, communication and updates related to new joiners, leavers and other changes;
Stay updated regarding ongoing legislative changes which affect benefits and payroll;
Perform other duties related to the share options administration and rewards;
Research other options for benefits packages and investment opportunities;
Process changes to employee records in HRIS;
Address employees’ inquiries about their benefits, explaining the various benefit options to new employees.

  Who you are

Experienced in working with different types of Equity Plans and other benefits management;
Experienced in Payroll and HR Systems (SAP HCM, Workday, Meta4) is a plus;
Knowledgeable of legislation and local regulations;
An individual with excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills;
Strongly attentive to detail, with excellent organisational and time management skills; able to manage multiple priorities with tight deadlines;
Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint);
Excellent in spoken and written English (essential);
Able to maintain strict confidentiality of all employee records and information.
