With us, you’ll work at the creative, cutting-edge of fashion. You’ll source emerging boutiques and spot trends, as well as work with some exceptional luxury brands.

Our Commercial team consists of Buying & Merchandising, Visual Merchandising, Brands Partnership, Business Development & Vendor Funding. Currently a team of 35 in total, we have grown extensively over the last 3 years and collaborate with almost every team across the business. From building the initial relationships with our brands and boutiques, to making sure that all of our products look beautiful on our site; you will have the opportunity to be involved in all aspects of the work our brilliant team do.

The Role:



Reporting to the Financial Operations Manager, you will have an important role within the financial operations of the business. Working together with the finance team to achieve the department and team goals, ensuring efficient, timely and accurate information.



What You’ll do:



- Review all invoices for appropriate accounting and approval prior to payment;

- Reform and execute operations and processes;

- Ensure accuracy in daily invoices and that they are processed on time;

- Manage the AP Team in the daily performance of their jobs;

- Set clear team goals and deadlines;

- Ensure team/department milestones/goals are met;

- Prepare and process payment files to be imported into banks;

- Ensure the master data is up to date and accurate;

- Reconcile vendors’ statements to ensure data accuracy and payments are up to date;

- Produce AP monthly reports;

- Assure all the deadlines are met regarding the accountancy monthly closing;

- Ensure compliance with internal financial and accounting procedures;

- Support and provide training to the team;

- Create and inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.

Who You Are:

- Graduated in Accounting, Management or similar subject;

- Have a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in accounts payable;

- Experienced in professional supervisory procedures;

- Have proven experience as team leader or supervisor;

- Fluent in English, both written and spoken;

- Experienced with Microsoft Office, mainly Excel;

- Experienced with Microsoft AX (as plus);

- Hava a high degree of accuracy, attention to detail and confidentiality;

- Excellent team worker, with ability to interact with different departments;

- Have excellent verbal, listening and written communication skills;

- Results driven;

- Have time management and workload efficiency skills;

- Effective in organizational, stress and time management skills;

- Dynamic, with high sense of responsibility and autonomy;

- Organized and proactive, with the ability to handle multiple tasks at a fast pace.
